Hoola Subscription Policy
1. How Your Subscription Works
When you join the Hoola, you’ll get your 300 g pouch of Hoola (plus your Starter Pack if it’s your first time) on repeat — no extra clicks needed.
Your first payment is charged at checkout, and from there we’ll automatically send your next pouch every 30 days unless you decide to pause, skip, or cancel.
You’re in control — always.
2. Managing Your Subscription
Life changes, we get it. You can tweak your subscription anytime via your Hoola Account Portal:

Skip or pause a delivery

Update your address or card details

Change your delivery frequency

Cancel anytime before your next renewal
No awkward emails, no guilt trips — just flexibility.
3. Renewal & Billing
Every 30 days (or your chosen schedule), your next order will renew using your saved payment details.
We’ll give you a friendly heads-up 3 days before your next charge so you can make any changes if needed.
Keep your details up to date to make sure your Hoola lands on time — sunshine waits for no one.
4. Cancellation
Need a break? No problem.
You can cancel any time before your next order renews. If your next order’s already been processed or shipped, your cancellation will kick in from the following cycle.
We’ll miss you — but you can always come back when you’re ready to turn the brightness back up
5. Refunds & Returns
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first Hoola order only.
Once your subscription renews, we’re unable to refund processed orders unless your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described (in line with Australian Consumer Law).
If something’s not right, just reach out — we’ll sort it quickly.
