At Hoola, we want your wellness ritual to arrive safe, sound, and speedy — so here’s how we handle shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your Hoola package every step of the way.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $99.
All subscription orders also receive free standard shipping — because loyal Hoola crew deserve perks.

Orders Under $99

If your order total is under $99, you can choose from:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

  • Express Shipping: For when you just can’t wait to turn up the brightness.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location and selected carrier.

Carriers & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers including Australia Post,  and other national couriers.

  • Standard shipping: 2–7 business days (metro areas typically faster).

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on carrier and location).

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia, but stay tuned — we’re working hard to bring Hoola vibes to more destinations soon.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
