This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 100 mg of caffeine per 10 gram dose. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Contains phenylalanine and sulfites.
