Hoola Merchandise — Returns & Exchanges

For Hoola apparel, accessories, and other merch, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy.
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed)

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you simple instructions on how and where to send it back.

Please note: Items sent to us without first requesting a return can’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We do our best to make sure every Hoola order arrives looking perfect, but if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@heyhoola.com.  We’ll sort it out quickly and make it right — promise.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
